Horrible experience with multiple auctions ill NEVER bid again. Last straw was when I followed an auction closely because I had a few lots I wanted. I ended up winning 2 of them and when it came time for pick up it was "somehow lost" apparently someone who works for them thought they deserved the item for that price. Its happened twice now. They also allow seller to bid and drive up prices. Read all the fine print. Complete waste of my time and money. They billed my card for the lot and returned it in a check. So i had to deal with that too.Just Horrible business operation all the way around. If I could leave zero stars i would.

They use Proxibid, which is glitchy and makes it nearly impossible to register for an auction. Proxibid has limited customer service hours. I have a valid credit card, a local address, great credit score, a cell phone. What more do you need to let me register? This is my third Thomas Hirchak Company auction where I would have loved to have bid but never made it.
