In May 2024 they showed me two rental properties.I asked if the first one had air conditioning or any cooling system and was told no. This info should have been volunteered. The toilet was broken. “ We have to find a plumber. Not sure when that will be.” The second property had a yard but the fence was falling down and the AC unit needed work. The back yard was knee high in weeds and broken, used furniture was piled up in the front yard. I was told the fence would eventually be fixed. Then the online application process did not work. The agent could not figure it out either. Eventually the manager had to go in and fix the tech problem. I was told there was one applicant ahead of me for the second property and nobody ahead of me for the first one. I was also told that the first property had all the utilities included in the rent. After I paid my $45 application fee, they said I was responsible for all the utilities in both places and there were several applicants ahead of me for both of them. But they said they would not process the $45 charge unless I decided to move ahead with One of the properties after being approved. But they charged me anyway. Then they told me they required a much bigger deposit than they initially had said. This is all very unprofessional. You don’t show properties in a state of disrepair. You don’t give false information which changes after the person applies. Not sure if it’s incompetence or they are crooked. But I would advise against using them to find a rental property.
