If you want to be woken up to roaches crawling on you. No matter how clean you are. Neighbors smoking Fentanyl day and night with the fumes coming thru the vents. And air ducts that haven't been cleaned in 3 decades. Nothing like walking out your door to greet your neighbor who's got foil and straw, lighter in hand puffing away. Then by all means this is the spot for you. Definitely a place to call home if u want people passed out from drugs and eating out the dumpster. Then they will have the nerve to try and charge someone 4k after having Roaches crawling on ya. And 2nd hand drug smoke pouring thru your living quarters. So Steer clear of Scotia Group managed property's and especially Tierra Ridge! Office managers never replied back to the numerous letters &emails. Don't let this place fool you.. RUN!

I lived here for two years and it was the worst apartment experience I have ever had. The complex is not gated so the living residents near by like to throw their trash into the dumpsters that we pay for monthly. In result of that, that trash around the dumpster doesn’t get picked up which leaves a mess and a horrible smell. The laundry room has washers and dryers that take your money. A lot of the machines stay out of service and there is always a mess. The pools don’t seem to be unkept by maintenance as much as they should be, the water and the area is always dirty. There is a pretty bad roach infestation. They offer free roach sprays weekly which I took advantage of but didn’t fix the problem at all. The homeless like to linger in the complex and leave their dirty clothes behind the bushes. I had a leaking a/c once monsoon season started and it never got fixed even through the a/c company they hired came 6 times to “fix it”. I couldn’t stay away from my place for more than a couple days because I had to empty the bucket of water that constantly got filled. During a summer, ac units went down for a lot of residents including myself and they didn’t have enough portable ac units to give to everyone. There are two sides to the complex, the main side which is where the office is located and the “palms” side which is the side I lived on and is on the other side of the wash. I noticed while living here they neglect the palm side A LOT more than the office side. I constantly brought these concerns to management and they were no help. I have recorded phone calls and saved emails that I had with management because I could not believe the way they would handle concerning/ urgent situations. I was always met with attitude and a condescending tone. I understand it’s just a job for them but this was my home that I did not live comfortably in for two whole years. I could not wait to leave this place. I left as soon as my lease was up. I am not writing this to get a response from Tierra ridge. I am telling only a few of my experience through this review so that people know what they are getting into, so that you won’t get screwed over and be in a position to have to pay a lot of money to break the lease. This is no way of living, don’t make the the mistake I made. Do your research before signing a lease and believe the reviews you read.

How does an apartment complex advertise newly remodeled and ready to move in when it clearly didn't even clean?! And what about dead roaches in the refrigerator. That means that they are in the motor and inner lining. Rotted wood cabnets, etc.

The price is NOT WORTH IT I lived here for a year and a half was welcomed with a half assed remodel mold constantly have to clean cause there’s black mold that builds up randomly due to the leaky ac units I didn’t know dish washer was broken till 6 months into my lease cause I wash by hand I was stretching and my hand hit the ceiling fan broke a wing off and they wanted 100$ didn’t seem fair my hand was hurting for days after. very sketchy place from the the management to homeless it seems this is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to apartments. I now reside at the Sahara apartment 919 N Stone Ave, Tucson, AZ 85705 I pay WAY less and this complex is AMAZING from amenities to being a gated community from the paper work to moving in Sahara apartments are top tier for a good price I would recommend them

Parents live here. It's ok. The management doesn't seem to care about the property or the residents.

The new laundry room raised its prices. And now you must use your cell phone to pay. The bad thing, my parents who are in their mid 80s, do not have a cell phone. Now will have to go to a laundry mat down the street to do their washing.
No thought of the residents who do live there.

Parker is one of the people who work in the leasing office. He is kind and gets his job done incredibly well he deserves every good thing he has coming his way. He treats everyone with respect and his energetic behavior makes you feel at home while living here.

Although there are handicap parking they are not spread out enough. No handicap parking on the West side near the entrance of the apartment complex. And pot holes throughout parking lot.
Trash dumpsters are always overflowing, Thanks to people dropping off trash from around the neighborhood. Staff nor owner won't discourage this. Easy to do though with little cost!!!
This place needs active management!!!
