Tiffany Cruz handled the entire process of selling my Condo. She kept me informed throughout and was always available to answer any question I had. She had the listing published almost immediately and provided photos and even drone footage for the listings. She found a buyer much sooner than I had expected and at a price that was just what I was expecting. She monitored the escrow/title process to make sure any issues were dealt with. Tiffany and Jesse has been a great resource in my journey of buying my first home. Tiffany has been patient with me during my search and helped in both pointing out potential issues with houses and awesome features. At the start I didn't really know what I was looking for beyond a sense of "I'll know it when I see it" and Tiffany helped to narrow down the general type of house I was looking for. Tiffany helped to have potential mold found in the inspection addressed and pushed to make sure it was fully remediated.
