From the very first impression you can tell Tiffany knows the market and especially knows how to prepare your home for sale.

We entered the housing market just as it was beginning to downturn. Tiffany met with us and we walked the entire house and property. She made suggestions on how to make our home more attractive for very little expense. We had a “must do” list and a “perfect world” list. We trusted her and followed her suggestions. As our home transformed we could immediately see that she was right. As usual, we asked ourselves why we hadn’t changed these things before, as our home was more attractive to us! Several realtors commented that our home showed very well. Our home sold while comparables were still on the market even though listed prior to ours.

Through the whole pricing/listing/showing process Tiffany was over and above with her communication. She kept us well informed of all the market moves, comparables and feedback from showings, good and bad. We think communication is her best attribute as she pointed out things even before we noticed. She always had time for us and often returned our texts/calls within minutes.

During the bidding/contract phase we relied on her expertise, which saved us literally thousands of dollars. She would not make decisions for you or push you but rather gave you all the information you needed to make an informed decision.
