What can I say? We're very disappointed in the lack of service we received. They did not add some of the top selling features of our property to the listing, even after several emails requesting those changes. We were passed off to an assistant and an admin instead of working directly with an agent. They did not respond to us in a timely manner when we requested certain issues be addressed. We were one of the first to list in these new market conditions and needed aggressive marketing but received passive attention, at best, as if it were still a seller's market. We were never told that Tim, the primary agent on our property, would be on vacation nor did any other members of his team cover for him while he was away the entire time our listing was up. We suggested a lower selling price but were told that it would be a better idea to start at the higher price and adjust lower. That higher starting price obliterated any and all interest in our property. We do not and cannot recommend Tim or his team.

I wouldn't go so far as to say liers but certainly not the most ethical group. I noticed numerous inconsistencys in a contract we worked on. After bringing it up it was fixed but I'd just say keep your eyes peeled when doing business.

It could have cost me 10's of thousands of dollars.

Never met a less ethical/professional real estate team in my life. I was the tenant in the house, my landlord chose his team to sell the house and they made it as unpleasant of a situation for us as you can make it. He would show/request showings less than 48hours (which was illegal per the lease), he would ignore my calls / texts when I had any questions / concerns, he left our doors unlocked with all of our valuables in the house during showings , and it came to a point that we went on vacation for the weekend and when we returned…..our **door handle of the sliding door was stolen (attached picture below). Nothing else in the house was stolen and the only way to enter was via the key box (that his team had access to). Every house in Tucson was being sold in day during the hot housing market, his team managed to take months. I highly recommend you to avoid using his team if you ever need to buy a house or sell one
