I would give Yvonne 10 stars if I could!!
Yvonne is very helpful!!!! She showed us houses with very short notice, even on the weekends. If you call or text her, and have to leave a message, she always gets right back to you. Yvonne is really there to help you find the perfect house, if you have any questions, she is on the phone getting answers for you. She is there from the beginning to the closing! If we ever move again, we will use her, and I would recommend her to a friend or anyone looking for a realtor!!!
YVONNE IS NOT ONE OF THOSE PUSHY REALTORS, SHE TRULY CARES ABOUT PEOPLE!

Timber Ridge is not the biggest real estate company in town, but for us it was the best. Angel Rhoads worked hard on every aspect of our house sale until it sold. She kept us informed, answered every question, and involved us in the process. She is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Angel and Timber Ridge for your real estate needs.

Yvonne is one of a kind. And I mean 5hat whole heartedly. She went above and beyond for me with purchasing my house. She put up with my attitude and calmed me down. She striped for success and did more than she should have done. This lady will come highly recommended by me. She cares and it's not just another sale. She became a friend in this process that took a very long time. She watched me get angry sad and happy all at the same time and stood by me.
