We called Tinsley to sell our Beach Club condo. We had been following her weekly condo sales email and receiving her mailings. We saw that she was always up to date with what the market was doing and producing results. We met with Tinsley on one day and she had pictures on her email updates within a day or so and postcards out shortly thereafter. Her pricing recommendation was right on as the condo sold in 33 days for 97-98% of the listing price. She kept us up to date so we always knew the status of the sales process.
