I lived there for 5 years. Why who knows. First the basement leaked alot which then caused the carpet to smell from the moisture coming through the floor. The windows in the apartment did not stay closed after they had been opened. I mean almost all of the windows and there were many. I requested they come and get them to stay closed so I could lock them. They did not respond to my request. I would like to point out that at that time there was a string of men breaking into apartments/ houses in the neighborhood and standing at the end of woman’s beds. Not to mention that I have two children who I did not feel safe having in the apartment because of their unwillingness to come and close the windows so I could lock them. Lastly I was billed for my final water bill when they sent me my list of things they were using my security deposit for. They never paid it. I moved out in June and it was September/October before they paid what they had already billed/ been paid for by me. This is after I had spoke with them twice and forwarded them the bills I had received from the water company. So if you want to feel safe in an apartment or not live above a basement that is always leaking and makes your apartment smell like mold I would absolutely look somewhere other than this rental company.

Lindsay at Titan Properties has got to be one of the most attentive and knowledgeable landlord I’ve had to date. She always has a solution and if not then she always figures away to help out. She help me find my apartment in record time. She also made sure that any problems in the unit would be fixed in that same day or that same week it would get fixed. She always checks in after a problem and I think that’s is awesome. Not so many property managers or owners care like she has. I am very grateful and happy at my location here in Ripon at the Melanie Apartments. Thank You once again Lindsay and Titan Properties

I only rented a small apartment in Oshkosh and it worked for what I needed. However, the price was Way too high for what it was. $845 every month and without any water or heating added in. The water was city water and had lots of iron in it and didn't help with my health. Then they wanted to upcharge me to renew my lease to $1100 per month. When I moved out it took over a month to receive my security deposit and they took $150 out for cleaning even though I cleaned the apartment before I left. I would not and will not recommend Titan Property.

Beware of this malicious and unprofessional company. They do not communicate with their tenants with respect, instead, the only feed back you will be met by is conducted with condescending attitudes and power trips. I miss when the owners were managing. I wonder if they know just how horrible this company is with the people they chose to live in their property. Such an uncomfortable way of having to live. Being in your home should feel peaceful. Instead Titan will use practices in Wisconsin landlord/tenants rights laws to inconvenience you. 12 hour notices because your going to do a walk through appraisal?! Really?! You could have given me much more time to be able to straighten the place up. (I'm employed full time and am a full time single mom). I care about whaty place looks like. Especially for strangers I've never met who take advantage of entering even if I'm there or not.

This review is for my ex who moved out of my house. His experience was very simple. We emailed the listing agent inquiring about the studio and received a call to view. Yes, some of their listings are in not so good areas or older homes, but the prices were just right for his budget. He put in his application online and was approved the very same day (he's new to the US, so his credit was only around 650 and has no rental history).

When he had an issue with his gas stove not working, he put in a work order and they sent someone to fix it within the next day.

Lexi in the office was always super quick to answer questions and was very helpful. When it was time for him to move, everything was smooth and deposit was sent back to him within a reasonable amount of time. Thanks Titan! From Moe.

My family and I worked with Sam For almost a year searching for our dream home/rental we are not your average family as we have a household of eight so finding the perfect home was very necessary. Titan property management made me feel like I was important as I was able to schedule same day viewings communication was very clear and staff was amazing!! When I moved in, I didn’t get the right keys to my duplex and it took them two days to get it’ll the locks replaced and I still don’t have a key for my garage door. EVERYTHING is warped… windows, doors, closet doors, etc. The heaters aren’t installed right (they slide right off of the wall), the sub pump is broke, and my patio door allows all of the seasons to come indoors 😄 It took THREE maintenance guys to finally fix the tub drain that didn’t drain. One of the maintenance guys couldn’t even sync a garage door opener… so I did it when I got home… Everything is slapped together and they’ll do anything in their power to avoid replacing something.

I went to the hospital twice in one week and fell behind on rent. I asked if I could pay my rent on the 28th of that month and I was told yes and that I’ll receive a $10 eviction that I could just pay off. My $10 payment didn’t go through (I fixed it RIGHT away, within minutes) but because it bounced the first time, they filed eviction papers for $200 and a court date (paid that..). They said they would work with me on getting new roommates, like merge their applications, so they’d get approved… Titan didn’t do that either. I’ve had to very persistent on getting ANY information from them and that’s IF they ever return/answer your calls. Sincerely, this company ONLY wants your money and I have not been treated like a human being. The management is the most UNPROFESSIONAL I’ve ever witnessed in any company, I’m considering getting my phone records because of how often I’ve been lied to and straight up ignored. I’m surprised this company is still floating. They literally put me on an “honor system” because I was a victim of assault (hence going to the hospital twice) and my ex girlfriend had to move and technically by myself I don’t meet the lease requirements. They acted like they cared but yet they’ve tried to evict me like 3 times since then 🙄 So if life ever gets busy, this is not the rental company for you. If I could give negative stars, I would. I’ve only felt disrespect… these people can’t simply greet you when you call their phone…

We have been doing work for Titan Property Management for many years and hope for a continued relationship moving forward. Jeff, Nick, Tammy and the rest of the staff have been great to work with and always made sure we have pictures and a full description of the project before we head out on a service call. This allows small repairs to be completed or larger projects to have a scope of work started and approved in a timely manner.

Really looking forward to a continued relationship with Titan Property Management.
