My Husband and I started looking into becoming homeowners late 2023, and even though we weren't ready at that time Tom was a help right from the start. Not pushy, very transparent and flexible with his time and hours of availability. He was able to get us in touch with a great lender, as well! When we had all our ducks in a row, he really listened and took to heart our requests, gave great advise and helped to make sure we didn't feel lost in this very stressful process, even when we had any sort of "hang up." He was a pleasure to work with, easy communication, flexible, knowledgeable, helpful with getting us in contact with the right people and so on! We closed in April on our 1st home and can't be more happy with the process and Tom and will continue to recommend him to friends, family and strangers looking for their own little slice of Washington. It’s hard to buy a new home right now and we seemed to face every hurdle imaginable over the course of 7 months. We ended up switching realtors 3 times for various reasons and found Tom at an open house. There were several times I felt like throwing in the towel but he kept us motivated. I feel like we were relatively difficult buyers because we wanted different things and any time we found something we loved we would lose it due to being contingent. We ended up getting our dream home and Tom didn’t give up getting us to the finish line even though I was tired and temperamental and wanted to give up. I’m grateful that he never gave up and fought for us to the very end. I appreciated his dedication to making sure we got what we wanted, even though it was a battle to get to the other side.

Hi! My husband and I started exploring housing last year. After being told we wouldn’t qualify and started reaching out to real estate agents. In hopes we’d find a good lender. Turns out, after talking to Tom we did.

His lender helped us- told us what my husband needed to fix 100%. We started this process with Tom in October. Now after being pre approved less then 2 weeks, we have made so much process

When I was interviewing real estate agents. It was important for me, for someone who understood that while working and applying. We might get denied and told we need to fix things. And that it was very important our real estate agent knew this, and stayed with us. And here we are, he’s never left our side. He would check in with us. It was excitement finding out we got pre approved- and letting our real estate agent know. So we could house hunt.

I would recommend him 10/10, if I could. He’s made this process very, very easy!

Tom was really nice, super helpful, and very informative, even when we hadn’t had our pre approval he would still check up and see how the family was doing, during the holidays and everything, he was with us the whole ride till we found our spot. He is an awesome person to work with I know when we go to sell and look for another house he will be our guy.
