This review is for Toni Haughey. To begin with I cannot express enough gratitude for the near sole impact Toni made in selling my house! This ode to the story of selling my house is as long as it took to finalize a extremely difficult sale in which Toni unequivocally held steadfast through.

My ex husband made every single step of selling our house the most unyielding and challenging Toni had ever experienced in all her years as a Realtor. With the help of the CA courts and many hearings (which weren't swift by any means) Toni was present via Zoom for many, the ex finally left the home for her to sell.

Toni's journey began in 2019 with the first court order for the sale of the house. My first call to her I revealed how difficult and volatile my ex husband can be. She seemed unfazed and chose to be all in. To say my first impressions of her were of awe would be an understatement.

Her attempts to enter the house fell on deaf ears and the ex did nothing. After almost three years (July 2022) and a new judge, attempts to have the ex cooperate again were tiresome, long and met with resistance along the whole way. Toni was resilient, stayed with me and did more, I believe, than any realtor would ever consider doing for their client.

Ex parte hearing after ex parte hearing, the ex began to realize Toni wasn't giving up. From him leaving the house in filthy disgust (unmentionable!) during showings to bulling her via texts, she professionally and strategically kept moving forward as much as she could day to day.

Fast forward to the end of May 2023... the ex has finally left, Toni made her contacts to clean the mess the ex husband left behind and the house has officially been sold!!

When I say, without Toni Haughey, the sale of my house, would not have been a reality is unquestionably and most certainly the absolute facts. She is, hands down, one of the strongest women I've ever met. Her task was interminable, never ever untroubled and lacked the monetary time she invested. Toni went well above and beyond for the love of her career and for her client.

I highly recommend Toni Haughey to anyone looking for a Realtor who will always have your best interests in mind and heart.

I would not use this biased company that pushes transgender ideology onto schoolchildren. Read the news about Compass Real Estate and never use this company again.
