Torrey's support throughout the process of selling our home went above and beyond our expectations. Her strong market analysis was thorough and indeed accurate. She brought an excellent network of contacts and contractors who were able to make preparation for open house painless. Always punctual and available to answer questions! We had an amazing experience with Torrey and would highly recommend working with her! We moved from out of state and met Torrey by chance at an open house. From the get-go she was sharing her knowledge and insights on the property and when we told her what we were looking for, she was super understanding and honest in her advice. We kept working with her and are so glad we did. She really tailored to our wants and needs and was so patient the months we worked together. She is so knowledgeable about houses/the process and when she wasn’t sure about something (house repairs, historic homes, inspection questions, etc), she would find out for us. She is a wealth of knowledge and resources. On top of all of this, she really went to bat for us during negotiations and we felt so advocated for. We hope to work with her again in the future for any other home purchases and will keep singing her praises to friends/fam.

What can I say!! Torrey is an exceptional agent❣️My daughter and I were buying a house together and had a “vision” of what we wanted. Torrey put up with our knit picking and was tolerant of us wanting to view many properties while deciding on our perfect place. She also had to put up with our wild sense of humor and the fact that I lived 4 hours away. Torrey was willing to be there whatever my schedule was, she was quickly responsive to texts, and went above and beyond to answer all our quirky questions! She was open and honest on the value and faults of the properties we toured and was a guiding force throughout the process. I highly recommend Torrey and our buying experience was so good that my daughter choose her to sell her previous home too!

Torrey is exceptional at what she does and extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have bought and sold several homes but I have never worked with a real estate agent who showed the care and compassion that Torrey did. Torrey is PHENOMENAL! Moving is already so hard, but Torrey went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly. She really took the time to understand me and my needs and it was very obvious throughout the whole experience that she had my interests above all else.
I both bought and sold a house with her, and everything went impossibly well under her direction. From appointment setting, to vendor recommendations, everything she said was spot on and her referrals were top notch. I simply cannot say enough good things about her- she was truly a godsend!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Torrey! She is smart, efficient, hardworking, most of all kind and easy to work with. Our listing was staged beautifully and sold in 4 hours from
going live! At the begining of winter! We live out of state and she went above and beyond. She was just the comfort we needed with a death in the family. My wife and I can’t thank her enough!! She’s a wonderful person. If you don’t hire her, you’re missing out!
