There is no parking for future tenants. She where you park your car could get towed. Although the grounds are nicely managed, the Apartment building reminds me of an overpriced slum. Living in a poorly maintained section 8 apartments.

The mgmt company that owns this place along with a couple of other complexes they own is awful. Do your research as I did! Non-caring & basically get out if you don't like it! The manager does her best to help but her hands are tied mostly from mgmt company. It's a do what we say or else thing for her! Maintenance is mostly responsive & does a very good job. Parking is awful (no extra parking for guests) & tow trucks come by to tow any cars in red zones a few times a week even as someone unloads their groceries etc. as they have no respect for people & just want to make money! Has had quite a few thefts on back patios of several places as well as alot of car break-ins & even a few car thefts in carports themselves. Security comes by once a night for 15 mins then leaves so they're basically useless! Rents go up pretty much every year by ~$100/month & plumbing in most of the buildings are suspect at best, huge leaks at worst. Gave 3 stars because the manager tries but ownership gets 2 stars! Be warned ahead of time!!

Impossible to get a hold of the “manager” and when you finally do get to speak to her she sounds rude as hell and irritated to be on a phone call? Where’s the other girl, she was more polite. Lizette needs her attitude readjusted

Theft, vehicle theft and break in’s runs rampant and management has refused to entertain a surveillance system, community gate or adequate lighting for many years and the hired security guard serves absolutely no purpose as he drives through once every hour or more and never gets out of the car or patrol the walkways between the many buildings on the premises by foot.

This place is NOT set up for the avg renter. They say you need one thing then change it to make their needs. I would look for a better place to rent from. Save your time.
