Worst experience ever from start to finish ( leaving in September). I should have known from the first conversation with someone here (and how rude she was) how this was going to go... We had a car get stolen, another broken into, the windshield of our new car broken, and no management for MONTHS. Paid a $200 cleaning deposit and the place was trashed. When we would finally get someone as a manager, they were never around, or, when they were, they were too busy. Parking is expensive if you want covered ($40 a month), and it’s pretty much all compact for options (you will end up squeezed in if you have a larger car). People park wherever they want to anyway, no matter how hard “management” tries to get things figured out. I cannot wait to get out of here! Be forewarned….additionally, there are NO amenities. You get a grill (and there’s never propane) 🤷‍♀️ No pool…no weight room…and that grill has rats living in it! Have fun!!

Update:
I had the place PROFESSIONALLY cleaned on move out as well as the carpets shampooed, and they did NOT refund that deposit (even though when I moved in it was a DISASTER and I paid $200 for a CLEANING deposit 🤔). They completely removed the grill right before I moved out, not even getting a new one, so, ZERO amenities. Wow! I’m glad I’m done!

Lived here for two years, and since then, we never had a full time manager. When we did the walk through, the place was a mess. Crumbs were in the drawers and cabinets. The maintenance guy that did the walk through with us said he would have it cleaned. We started moving in and noticed it still wasn’t cleaned. We let them know again. It was still never cleaned. We moved in and cleaned it ourselves. Since then, I had my car broken into twice, my license plate stolen once and my daughters car was stolen. My vehicle damage was around $2,000. My daughter had to pay $450 for hers. When we moved out, the apartment was professionally cleaned and the floors shampooed. We did our walk through, and it was the cleanest apartment she’s had turned over. She said there should be no issue getting either of your deposits back.” We haven’t gotten anything back and have been emailing back and forth since. It’s been two months! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Our next step is getting lawyers involved. There was also an assault with a gun in one of the units on the first floor. It’s just not safe here - too much crime.

I moved in with high hopes, but I was forced to leave after just four months due to an uninhabitable living situation. This place was overrun with rats and plagued by black mold. It was a common sight to see large rats emerging after residents fed their dogs at the nearby dog park, scavenging for leftover food. The management even removed the barbecue grill because rats were feeding on the grease. Virtually nothing in the apartment functioned properly. The cabinets were severely rotted from black mold, and the kitchen sink was poorly sealed at the base, causing persistent water leaks that damaged the cabinetry. The tub's sealing would peel off into the bathwater, leading to skin irritation, while the toilet overflowed every time it was flushed. To make matters worse, the window seals were infested with black mold, which triggered respiratory infections and allergies whenever we opened a window. Despite my numerous requests for management to address these critical health hazards, they only took action when my husband tested positive for five different types of mold, resulting in a serious respiratory infection. Eventually, they agreed to break the lease, but they unjustly withheld our deposit. I strongly advise against moving here unless you want to endure a toxic living environment that will inevitably lead to a premature move. Protect yourself and your health—look elsewhere.

I wnet here for a SCHEDULED apartment tour, however there was no body at the leasing office. We also called the provided number, but that went to voicemail. No advance notice to reschedule or cancel.
This makes sense reading the other reviews here, that management is non existent. If you're looking for a place to lease, this is definitely not one that you should consider.

Living here from some time. Overall great location close to everything. The management and property manager (Cosmica) is very responsive so everything gets done really fast. Love this place.

I am currently a tenant in this building and have been since 2016. I work long hours and have a lot of business that causes me to travel quite a bit. From the time I first signed a lease until now I have seen this management and apartment complex become the WORST PLACE I have ever lived in. There is mold in rooms, bug infestations, and appliances break every other week. Not to forget power outages from the old wiring. My cable company came out and literally said its has everything to do with the old bad wiring job from the buildings. Two times while I had mandatory maintenance being down while I was at work my apartment was not locked once they were done!! I specifically asked the female Stevie if I need to stay to lock up and she said she will take care of it and I came home around 8pm and my door was unsecured.! I called several times, sent emails and never was able to get a hold of anyone that would help me with these issues. I have never felt so taken advantage of and helpless. I wish I could leave now, but I know they would rob me of money. The management is NONEXISTENT and I am so glad that I am almost done with my lease at this place. If you are looking for a nice convenient apartment, RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE for peace of mind. This place is very expensive and they don't care about any of your issues as long as the rent is paid. 0 Stars. Below are some pictures of the trash build up inside the building, and the poop bags that have been overflowing for weeks now

I recently went on a tour of the property with Grace, the new property manager, and had an excellent experience. Even though there wasn't any availability at the moment, I am definitely planning to come back to rent here. Grace was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made the tour enjoyable.
