We purchased our home a little over two years ago after a Trademark flip and we have had problem after problem. Fix after fix. You can tell that they do these jobs quickly. Our siding constantly falls off. It was not installed correctly. The material underneath is full of holes and also incorrect. I wish we would have read more reviewed before purchasing our home. Be careful when purchasing a flip from Trademark Investments.

We consulted Tyler after the passing of a family member left us with a run-down house that we didn’t know what to do with. He came and looked at it the same day, giving us his best advice (which, by the way, was of no benefit to him). One of this jerk's "Christian values" is to pull addresses off the probate court docket and then send unsolicited offers to purchase to the recently bereaved. The cheap package of Forget-me-not seeds just make the whole exercise more repugnant. No appreciation of basic human decency in this outfit -- just a willingness to cross any line in hopes of making a quick $$ of the misfortunes of others.

He offered my 94 year old dad $80,000 for his house with the intention of flipping it. He said he was going to rip out the carpet, remodel the bath rooms, new kitchen counter, etc. He has now listed the house for $128,900 and only painted one room. He did NOTHING else to the house! He originally wanted my dad to finance it for a year and we convinced him not to do that. So sad!
