I recently moved to Raleigh to start a hair salon business and was referred to John Powell at Trademark Properties. I can't emphasize enough how great a professional and personalized experience I had working with John! Having grown up in the area, he's extremely familiar with the Research Triangle and beyond. With multiple decades of professional experience, he knows the people and the market. The result - he delivers. When I first consulted with John, he listened to my very specific parameters and took an interest in me as a client and entrepreneur. He took ownership in building a relationship of trust. His communications were prompt and reliable. His sensitivity to my time schedule and persistence in negotiating helped me leverage a great deal immediately. Within several days, I signed a lease for a space that meets all of my needs in a premium location with a reputable property manager. I'm so thankful I had John to take care of me, and I will always send clients his way. He also gets free haircuts as long as I'm around!

Trademark is absolutely terrible. They have terrible interaction with their tennants. They are the most unprofessional and amateur operation I have ever seen. They are extremely lacking in transparency with charges and pricing. I would set up a tent in my front yard before I dealt with them again.

Please be aware of them, the company is literally total of morans. They're stingy greedy and bas for business. Go talk to tenants before renting the place from this company. Just strange how all of a sudden this company is getting 5 star reviews. Very un realistic. The reviewer saying about employees are grea in my experiences the owner or the employee are the worst nightmare. Be careful please.
They will screw you and wont care.
