Spent 2022 Thanksgiving here and had a blast. Much better than a hotel, great area with lots to do. The bnb had games, great beds and a private area in the back where we observed lots of deer and wildlife the condo is also tidy and neat. Would definitely recommend to friends, we had a fun filled 3 days here in Kanab. We're going back in August for a vacation and we can't wait!

Tranquility Trails is a great home base for SouthWest family adventures!

Our family stayed a total of 4 nights during the week of July 4th, and we did not find ourselves wanting or needing anything during our stay.

The home provides MORE than what you usually get from a typical bnb or hotel stay --- very kind and friendly hosts, beautifully decorated and nature-inspired home with lots of plants and even bird feeders (we get to observe a hummingbird!), very well stocked towels/blankets/pillows, generous supply of soap/shampoo/conditioner (i.e., NOT those individually packaged ones ugh!), lots of board/card game choices, hiking poles, private outdoor open space for outdoor seating and relaxation (love the hammock! great for bird watching at the end of the day), community-shared pool with very nice view, etc etc.

Also, its location is great!
For food tripping, we enjoyed our food from nearby Escobar's Mexican Restaurant and Rocking V Cafe. We enjoyed dessert and downtime from The Soda Fountain, which offers board/card games to enjoy while having dessert. Thankfully, there's also a nearby kid-friendly McDonald's for those with picky eaters ha!
For a quick and easy adventure/fun, there's a nearby Jackson Flat Reservoir that offers water fun activities like swimming and kayaking, and it even has a small playground. There's Moqui and sand caves, etc etc.
For more effort-/time-consuming adventures, our family hiked the Wirepass Trail in Kanab and visited the Horse Shoe Bend and Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park in Arizona.

These activities and adventures we did barely scratched the surface of what a family with kids like ours can do in Tranquility Trails and in/around Kanab!

I highly recommend staying in Tranquility Trails!!!

Perfect!!! The owners went above and beyond to answer any questions immediately and to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was clean, comfortable and spacious. The mattresses were wonderful. The owners put a lot of effort in making sure the home was well stocked with things to make it feel like home. The are was quiet with nice views. We enjoyed the pool and hottub. Kanab is a great central area for so many adventures! Would recommend this home!
