I sincerely recommend TRC in Everett Wa.
I have been renting an apartment on Rockefeller for 7 months and I am satisfied.
Already during the first meetings with John, I felt his heart, care and concern for my fate.
It took weeks for me to make up my mind and I can only thank John for his patience and his precious time for me.
I moved into a very clean and new apartment and I enjoy living here because it is very clean and quiet here.
I was afraid of various insects when I read the opinions of other apartments, but my building is really clean.
Managers are nice and respond to questions via text messages and emails within a few minutes.
I was afraid to leave the apartment for the duration of my long trip, so I sent several checks to the office for the following months.
The office cashed checks reliably according to the date on the check.
After my 2-month trip, I found my apartment in perfect condition, no one came here, I can trust and I have confidence.
I feel safe in this place and I am happy that I found a good apartment for me and I will be sad to leave this place when I have to move out.

If I could give them no stars I would, my father passed after about 6 months of living there, I had to go back to Oklahoma and spend every dime I had to bury him, my rent was being paid while I was gone. I was late the last month on rent and asked for an extension. I received a three day notice to vacate because they claimed they didn't know me. I contacted a lawyer who told me that was illegal but I obeyed the order anyway. They left it vacant for months. I tried contacting them over and over and received no answers.
Squatters had gotten into the home during its vacancy, the homeless situation around my house was insane and I'd already made complaints about my packages being stolen, tires slashed, my car was stolen and my home had been broken into twice. I have 4 small children.
When the squatters got in, they had caused alot of damage.
Now I'm being charged 16k, I wasn't even a tenant of the property. I have all of the proof of that.
They're even trying to charge me for the refrigerator that was stolen, and IT WAS MINE. It says so in my lease.
They destroyed my credit and my rental history.
My children had to.move in with their father until I can get on my feet.
I am seeking legal council, I hope nobody else has to go through that mess.

Update- I have all of the receipts to prove exactly what you did I can post them on here if you like, I'm not posting under a false name, it's my married name and you obviously know that because you know exactly who I am. I have proof I was out at the time I received the 3 day notice, I have proof of every payment including those that were late when i buried my dad, I have proof that the appliance I was charged for is mine. I have proof that you left the residence empty for months allowing squatters in the home and I have proof that I sought legal council when I received the illegal 3 day eviction. Anyone who would like to contact me about the way trc runs their business, is free to do so anytime.

We just moved in a week or so ago, everything was handled in a very professional and positive manner. Shout out to Cherry for seeing my daughter and I through the whole process! And John for figuring out the garbage disposal (nothing wrong with it, we just had it in the wrong outlet 🤣)
