They are evicting everyone who were late on rent this month. Single mothers, veterans, anybody, gonna be homeless for Christmas. They wouldn't even work with people on it. Very shady, unethical.

I use Trinity Property Management to handle my rental properties. Been a true blessing. I was overwhelmed and had limited time. For a very reasonable amount of money I have basically removed myself from managing these properties and now have secondary income that isn’t time consuming. Lot of my frustrations with owning rental property have evaporated and the money out is worth the time and quality of life I have regained. I highly recommend TPM to anyone that owns multiple rental units. They are absolutely the best company in the area. TPM does everything with excellence and is extremely thorough, professional, and trustworthy. I can personally vouch for them as a former employee that experienced all aspects of their business. I am in the process of investing in rental units again and will definitely be using TPM.
