My boyfriend and I had such a disappointing experience with Triterra. After viewing an apartment on Tuesday 4/13, we apply and were approved 2 days later. Lease signed on Friday and supposed to move in the following Tuesday. We even rushed and drove 45 minutes to drop off our security deposit. Tuesday, 6 hours before we are supposed to get our keys and move in, I get a call from Haley saying there has been an error on the lease. The owner of the building will not sign the lease because the price is wrong and they are asking $400 more each month. Somehow, the property manager (Donovan) and everyone at Triterra got the pricing wrong on all of the units in the building (3155 Broderick). Pricing was mentioned at the viewing, via email and in the 3 different lease versions they had sent us. They were not able to negotiate with us and left us hanging dry 6 HOURS before move in. Less than 2 hours after the call the unit is already reposted on Zillow way above original price. I've never had a company screw us over more. Why was the lease not signed prior to move in day? Seems like they were trying to bait and switch us. Clearly they care more about the money than having really great tenants. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not waste your time with this company.

A complete nightmare to deal with. Haley is horrendous! Gardeners where I rented a parking space chipped the entire side of my truck, with documented proof of date and time stamped photos. Accusing me to failing to follow procedures and make the claim to my insurance!! Accept responsibility and take care of the damages. I guess I’ll see them in court. This will be fun… 😂😀
