This was our first time buying a home. When we met Helena, we didn't know what the process would be like. She made everything very simple and gave us complete honesty throughout the entire process from the very beginning. From suggestions, negotiations and even the whole inspection process. We were not able to make it to the inspection, so she went there on our behalf and met with the inspector to make sure everything was smooth and kept us updated the whole time. She suggested certain things to be looked at and suggested asking the inspector about certain things in the house. She made sure the whole process for us was seamless, ending with the paperwork with the lawyers. She is very kind and does her job very well. It's very easy to be friendly with her and you can ask her anything. She responded to us anytime we texted her. Weekdays, Weekends, mornings or nights. She is even there for you after the closing process to answer any questions that you may have and will get you the right help if needed. We will easily go with her again in the future if we decide to purchase and/or sell a new home.
