I didn’t want to go through lengthy process with standard sale, so I talked to several cash buyer companies. Among those, Carlos from Trusted Investors was the one that I felt most comfortable, trustable to deal with. So I picked him. He came to inspect the property, then we mutually agreed with the offer, signed the purchase agreement and opened the escrow.
He was very responsive, answered the call even at night. He was very professional, making the whole process going smoothly and closed the escrow in three weeks after signing the agreement.
I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone needing a quick sale of your property.
