From the very beginning, Zak was just on top of EVERYTHING. We had an initial phone conversation (as we were moving from the San Diego area) to talk about neighborhoods, our budget, etc. and Zak worked to put together a plan that felt so us, so personalized and yet so professional.

Weekly and most times daily, Zak sourced homes for us to check out and it wasn't uncommon to me to receive emails from him in the middle of the night with updates or just checking in. Besides his sharp professionalism and attention to detail, Zak brought personality, humor and levity to every single day, something that two nervous out of town buyers appreciated so much. I guess it goes without saying, but Zak will be our agent of choice for all of our future real estate endeavors.
