My husband and I are relocating to Port Orchard, from Northern California, to be close to our children and grandson. Erica Tudela helped us with our recent home search and purchase. Purchasing a new home is a daunting task any time and doing so long-distance presents extra challenges. Erica was with us every step of the way, whether virtually or in person, and made the whole process much smoother than I imagined. The fact that this took place during the major holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas makes it even more impressive!

Erica is a true professional regarding her knowledge, communication, and full support of her client's needs. She helped us make some difficult decisions and we have absolutely no doubt that our satisfaction with our new home was her main priority.

Not only were we in excellent hands professionally but Erica is a warm, friendly, and fun person to work with! She is family and community oriented; qualities that I appreciate and desire in people I work with. Erica has an amazing team behind her, including her assistant Chloe, who was always responsive to any questions we had. Even though we have closed on the property, we will be in CA for a while, and Erica is still by our side, taking the time to set up appointments with her team of contractors and repair people to help get the home ready for us.

So, that was just a little extra bit supporting that we were making the right choice with our real estate agent/broker.
