Predatory strategies against small business owners.
Cut throat business practices.. their motto should be “We will make them bleed”
The fact that keeping commercial properties empty to get tax write offs while keeping rents artificially high is pretty nice for the big property corporations but is locking out small entrepreneurs and skewing supply and demand capitalism that is supposed to keep things regulated.

I worked with Scott and Sean at Turton Real Estate to find the perfect location for a small business idea my sister and I had in mind.
