I think that this place is terrible we pay way to much and we don't get what we pay for. It's a gross place to live . It's not up scale like u say. The surroundings are terrible. The homeless are overwhelmed. My car is not safe on the road. I hate it here. I liked it when Levi was in charge but u let him go. You keep raising the rent but it doesn't do anything for us . I have lived here for over 5 years and I don't like it. What are u doing to improve are way of living. To me nothing. The laundry room is so gross I clean it when I use it . It doesn't work most of the time . It burns my stuff all the time. It has ruined hundreds of dollars of really important things. So I have to eat that . Not cool . My carpet is so gross from the olive trees but I still have to clean it on my own money. Not fair. So there is so much to say and do . U are not up to par. What else. Alot . If u want to chat I'm here . Talk before I take legal advice. Thank you. I would add photos but I keep my home very nice. I covered up ur mess very well.

I have only had positive interactions with staff at these apts. Grounds are clean and well cared for and management seems to encourage neighbor interactions through events like community meals and unit decoration contests. It's a fun place to live.

The laundry rooms are disguising. Need better up keep of property and garbage areas. Cockroach problems sue I moved in and I’m clean. My dishwasher is still not fixed. It’s flooded with disgusting water. I’ve had maintenance on it three times. Nothing

The management here at the complex have been 5 star. The reason I couldn’t give hignel over all a 5 star is because I have had problems with my AC unit last summer and it took well over a month to fix the problem. I’ll admit, during the time my AC unit was down, they did provide a portable unit but that was ineffective. At least they tried to do something. Now my heating unit is not working for which I’ve alerted management about. I just pray that repairs don’t take as long as the AC fix did. Thank you

I am so disheartened by my experience here. Upon move in I was greeted with an incredibly dirty apartment. No cleaning was done at all. Rat urine and excrement was behind and under the fridge and dishwasher. The cabinets had layers upon layers of gunk. The shower had mold all along the sides. The shed looked like a murder scene. The fridge wasn’t even attempted to be clean. The knobs on oven had been chewed on by some animal. There was poop in the toilet seat. I have Lupus and I can’t live in filth. I cleaned, painted and got rid of the mold and rat feces. I informed management the entire time with pictures. Now that I am moving out I have been told my “improvements” weren’t permitted and I need to return the shed back to white. Which you will see in the pictures was never white. I have a 3 yr old I could not have stayed here in the filth with him. If I’m being told to return unit back to the way it was, I can’t because it’s better now. This is cruel and very wrong in many levels. Look elsewhere.

The Hignell Company is a bunch over slum lords that are WAY overcharging for these places, considering the space that you get.
