My experience at Tuscarora Creek has been fantastic! I want to give a special shout-out to Mercedes and Antonio for going above and beyond. Mercedes is super responsive, timely, and communicative regarding any questions or concerns that I have. In addition, she is very proactive about checking in and ensuring that I am satisfied with my apartment and my experience here at Tuscarora Creek. My consistently positive interactions with Mercedes give me confidence that I chose the right apartment (and I am very selective) and that I am in good hands! Antonio is the best! I recently submitted my first major maintenance request since moving here and Antonio completed it within less than 12 hours of me submitting the request. At previous apartments I’ve sometimes had to wait days for a simple repair, and the one that Antonio completed so promptly was a much heftier task. Antonio is reliable, respectful, and has a fantastic work ethic. He provides excellent maintenance services and sees each job through to completion, and with a smile on his face! I highly recommend Tuscarora Creek Apartments and the exceptional team here.

Great admin staff, Kyle, Mercedes and Tony (maintenance) are wonderful! Very helpful and courteous always.Thank you guys for doing your very best in helping my daughter and I move in. Smooth transition. Everyone is lovely here and I love that the playground is across from us. Gym is very nice too. The only downside is that the washer and dryer are smaller than average. We love it here otherwise!

The staff is awesome and Antonio can fix anything. He always calls before he comes as not to catch me off guard. The pool is beautiful, they just recently got comfortable new pool chairs and furniture. There are many free social events. The gym is clean and the equipment is top of the line. There is the most serene path you can walk on behind the complex with multiple babbling brooks and a pond. I sit on my back porch which is private and enjoy the wildlife. I love that they are pet friendly, my 2 cats mean the world to me. I have a storage unit right below my apartment that is very cheap where I keep many of my art supplies. I've lived in many apartments and this is by far the best.

Great apartment rental experience! Wonderful amenities including the pool and playground, prompt maintenance, and friendly staff. Very straightforward and easy rental experience. Highly recommend. Also loved the walking trails behind the apartment complex!

Hands down the best renting experience I have ever had. Management has been very responsive and accommodating since the day I moved in. Edin and Lea are very personable and genuinely care that I am happy in my living space. Lea had to come when I was setting up my WiFi and she noticed the air filters needed to be changed which she then arranged with maintenance. I was very impressed with the promptness and attention to these small details. Aside from the exceptional staff, including maintenance who have quickly resolved any issues (thank you Antonio!), I was very pleased with the condition of the apartment. It was very clean, all the appliances looked like new, and the carpet was less than a year old. Additionally, once a week the building corridor is mopped and vacuumed.

I have nothing but good things to say about Tuscarora Creek Apartments and if you are considering it, I highly recommend living here!!

This is rob Edwards at 146 clubhouse drive Southwest in Leesburg Virginia. I've had the pleasure of having your representative and she has been outstanding. I'll tell you I've never had such good service. I've lived here for 21 years and the service has always been great. But this latest is helping me now paloma has been just outstanding. I can't tell you how much I appreciate her help and I'll be happy to give another advice on her because she's so good.

This is an excellent community managed by true professionals. It’s a small community that’s kept clean with respectful residents. The management team Lea and Edin and maintenance guy Antonio are the best and truly care about residents. They are respectful and a very understanding! I would highly recommend this community.
