They do not do a good job managing properties. They wait until your property goes into disrepair before doing anything then they hire contractors (probably people that are their friends) and do a major job when they could have corrected the issue earlier and for a cheaper price. Don’t ever let them put a value on your property. They will put a low value and then they will find a way to profit off of you. Stay away from them. Dishonest.

My husband and I have had good service with this rental company. Jocelyn, an agent there, has been extremely attentive and helpful on several occasions in which we needed repairs or had other issues. We hope to have a house someday, but if we had to rent another property, we would try to stick with Twin City.

Usually don't review but when I saw some of the other reviews I thought there must be more to those issues because they made my move easy and everyone was helpful and friendly. Definitely will use them to buy my home when my lease is up. They have been great.

I rented a property from Twin City Properties of Little Rock. These folks are wonderful. They were very professional to work with. I would highly recommend them to any one who wants to rent. The property was clean and very affordable. Also, they have a first class staff and were there when I needed them to fix some issues.

I've been a tenant with them for a few years now and they've been great landlords. It's easy to get a hold of them if I need to and they've taken great care of me. If you're looking for a place to rent or buy, I definitely recommend them.

I have been a client of TCP for 5-6 years. It is a relatively small company run by a group of dedicated women who on a daily basis deal with the wealthy, the poor and inevitably those types who feel entitled. The founder of the company is sharp, intuitive and trustworthy. She could be filthy rich 10 times over but instead has chosen a life of service to help people when and where she can. Her entrepreneurial spirit has led to the creation of jobs that have helped feed several families over the past years.
I met Theresa and Erin around 5 years ago when they were brought in to rescue a condo complex. It was in crisis due to weak management with an Owner’s Association bank balance of literally zero. The ousted manager wasn’t happy about it and vowed to hurt her business in any way he could. Theresa was harassed for well over a year but stayed the course despite being advised to walk away. She did this to help a handful of honest owners whom she had just met. That is integrity. It is probably not a coincidence there are two harsh reviews from 5 years ago.
They do not have an easy job and they don’t have a magic wand to turn your neighbors into a Norman Rockwell family. I have never met anyone with a stronger work ethic. My personal experience is this group of women have been a Godsend to Little Rock.

Not very good service. Everytime our house has had a problem they never email back until we call them, then have told us it is basically our responsibility to take care of the problem. We also moved in a month after we wanted because they could not get it together. We love our house, not a big fan of the rental company though.

After leasing an apartment for 8 months and having to constantly complain and call the police about noise, the landlords (Mother and Daughter) dropped the ball. I was also scammed out of my security deposit for bogus reasons. I would not recommend renting any of their properties.
