So i just moved out of these apartments in May. First these apartments are privately owned so you work directly with property management and they talk to the owner. They worked with my budget when i didn’t meet the 3x the rent amount but i did have to pay a higher deposit but i didn’t mind. The actual apartments are good. They are not luxury but the appliances were updated in my unit. They also have washers and dryers which was nice. If you’re looking for a luxury apartment this is not it but it is nice. My only complaint was the bugs. In the beginning i was killing like 10 spiders a day and when it got closer to move out i started having issues with roaches. The neighborhood is quiet and i never used the pool but I’m pretty sure it was closed the entire year i lived there. There was no shadiness as it related to getting my deposit back and i knew what to expect. The only thing was they expect you to get it professionally cleaned and the carpets shampooed and as long as you provide receipts and leave the apartment in good condition you’ll get the whole deposit back. The cleaning fees were quite a bit and once the cleaning fee and shampoo fee came out of my deposit they had taken almost 500. It’s cheaper to have it professionally done yourself and provide receipts so i would definitely do that. There was almost always parking for my guest too so that was nice. Overall my experience living here was not bad.

Have tried to contact the main office for almost a month beacosue my car got towed and no once did they answer the apartments are bad but the service is horrible
