I came across a rental through Twin Oaks Property Management when I needed to find housing and am very glad I did! The application process was quick and straightforward, and approval had a fast turn around so I was in my rental pretty soon after applying. Patience and the staff have been so helpful, responsive and communicative throughout. My maintenance requests are responded to really quickly and things are taken care of pretty fast. I’ve rented with a lot of property management companies in a different part of California and can say that I’m impressed by Twin Oaks and the service they provide. All the property management companies I’ve dealt with in the past made me really weary of renting with property management companies but the experience I’ve had renting through Twin Oaks these last 6 months has been a good experience and I hope the moving out process will be the same when I cross that road. They have a small town personable feel without the laziness/slowness.

We came across Patience after we experienced difficulties with owners of rental properties around the Pine Mountain Club area. It had become stressful and inconsistent so when we found Twin Oaks Property Management we were very pleased. Quick communication, professional and friendly. Twin Oaks has been wonderful to work with. We recently had an awful landlord (NOT with Twin Oaks)the house was a very dangerous house to be living in. When we decided to leave the horrible house we went to Twin Oaks and they found a wonderful house right away for my family. They were so kind and accommodating to our families needs.
