I had gathered this money up 1 day before the auction, called everyone involved to pay. And they sold my things anyway..

The management is simply amazing. Missy took the time to explain all my options available from unit descriptions to prices. She allowed me to shop around to ensure this location was going to be suitable for my storage needs. Missy followed up just days after my visit to ensure all my questions had been answered. She offered to help with online processes from start to finish of booking. Needless to say, I’m one happy tenant at this property. Great Job Missy and team. You know how to serve your community proudly.

The Regional Manager was at the site when I moved in, and she was more than helpful.

The place is neat and clean, and I like you can drive right up to your space, and there is some privacy.

The one thing I dont like is that there is only rare opportunities to get anyone on the phone, and maybe you need to split your payment between a debit and credit card. You can do that on the phone but not their automated payment center.

I do like the automated payment center. It's easy and very convenient. Except for today when I'm told that the phone is out of service. Not sure why, but since I was told they'd be in the office today, I'm sure theyll figure out there's a phone problem.

Very nice clean place but that’s not what made me chose this place. The lady working in office is amazing I walked in two weeks ago to ask question and pricing. Well that lady called me every other day letting me know when it was going to be ready and clean, keeps all her appointments on time, got me the best prices, very professional, and explained everything down to the T.

This store is so unprofessional Been trying to reach someone in the office on site since the am and no one was there the sign posted on the window that said be back at 1PM. It was frustrating but i waited. Here I am at 2:40PM and nothing. i have a trailer full movers and they are charging me by the hour. I paid my movers to put my things in there truck and put them back in my garage. its Frustrating and I am super upset with these people. Whoever was hired to take care of the office is not doing their job and it cost me $450.00. Waiting to hear back from the district manager. Called twice already and nothing.

I flew in from Austin TX to buy a car and was going to store it there for a week until I could arrange transport . Rose the manager arranged to meet me at 10:30 pm after l drove into town and purchased the car to put it in storage no problem.And when the car turned out to be a dud she was more upset for me waisting the flight than for her waist her afternoon. A true class act above and beyond customer service.The world needs more Roses and businesses like hers.
