Realtor Simonas Jasanauskas behaves himself very rudely, incorrectly and unprofessionally. He speaks in raised tone and exerts pressure. He set the price of the brokerage service above the average market price. He demanded us to come to his home (!) and pay for the brokerage service even before signing the contract with the landlord (the day before the planned signing). I experienced great moral dissatisfaction from interacting with this realtor.

Made an appointment for a apartment viewing on Monday. Literally 2 min before meeting to see the apartment I got sms as I was driving not to come as they rented it to somebody else. If you rent on the basis first come, first served than make an appointment with one client at the time.

Worst experience . 3 times delayed singing the contract and every time making up stories why. I had an evidence that they are lying and didnt apologise or tried to explain. Also very unprofessional as agent even did't know about income tax then selling a flat ir what certificates are needed.

Sutarėme su agentu Linu, kad aprodysime jam butą. Sutartu laiku į objektą neatvyko, pats perskambino 20 minučių po sutarto laiko ir nurašė viską ant “Ai, aš jums vakar siunčiau žinutę, kad išvykstu iš miesto. Jūs negavote žinutės?”

Pati praščiausia tarpininkavimo kontora, susitarėme atvaziuoti apžiurėti buto, atvažiavome 200km ir paskambinus pasakė, kad butas jau rezervuotas, labai nekonkreti kontora, patariu nebendradarbiauti.
