We had the honor of working with Scott and the rest of the Ultimate Construction crew to build our new home! We talked with so many builders but were referred to Scott by my parents neighbor and we knew immediately that he was the right builder for us. From start to finish Scott was professional, timely and incredibly helpful. He took our dream and made it a reality. Scott and the crew at Ultimate Construction did a fantastic job! This is the first time we built a new home. It was an pleasure working with Scott of Ultimate Construction, his employees, subcontractors and suppliers. They were all courteous, friendly, prompt and professional. Scott kept us informed and on schedule. He was always responsive whenever we had a question. Such a great experience! We spent 2 years vetting out builders and are so so SOO Happy we went with Scott at Ultimate Construction! He took our hand-drawn "vision" and created something more beautiful than we could have ever imagined.
We chose to stay in our home during the construction process putting a large addition on. The Team was amazing! Very considerate of us "living" in the mess-thoughtful of our schedules, talked through our ideas and were quick to always respond. It truly felt like a collaborative approach with Scott adding years of experience and expertise to our crazy idea of what we wanted the end result to be.
The entire process felt open, transparent and we really appreciated such great communication with Scott and his team.
Since starting this project, we've had people stop to take pictures almost weekly-their work has literally stopped traffic!!
