This building is turning into a ghetto building from the amenities that remain broken and not fixed like the steam room, sauna, movie theater, to the elevators that are broken every other day and not working. They stay out of order for up to weeks so you have to walk all the way to the other side of the building. The people here smoke blunts and cigs and smoke in the staircases and leave cigs on the floor. The building is covered in dog shit and the walls in the hallways are disgusting and dirty. The fire alarms constantly go on and drive my dog insane. There's ghetto people that scream and attack security guards and throw lit cigs anywhere and start fires around the building but they are never given violations they just give violations to people w dogs and harass them for letting their dogs run on the grass. I'm sorry I renewed my lease here for a third time. There has been multiple theft in the parking garages and multiple theft w packages left in the mailroom and outside doors. They have promised a dog park since I moved in 3 years ago now that one is built and complete it's been almost 2 months it remains closed. Here are some pics w proof of everything. I have lived here for 3 years so I know everything that goes on in the building. I have asked over 10 times when the dog park will be open and multiple residents and no one can give an answer to what's going on. They only know how to harass and send violations for going into the dog park that's fully complete but still remains closed. I'm very furious w this building this year and regret renewing my lease most of my neighbors that have lived here after a year get the hell out of here as soon as their lease is over.
