5 stars for customer service! My senior father banks with Essex bank and we received fantastic customer service at this branch. The staff made us feel like we were important to Essex bank and they followed up several times just to ensure services were activated and cards delivered. Highly recommend!

branch manager doesn't care about your money or your time and loyalty at the bank. other workers are great but they can't do much without the managers approval and she actually is the worst so it makes the whole bank bad. I will be looking for a new bank shortly.

We are choosig this bank because the Manager and tellers have great personalities and they spent time with us answering our questions. I think the new Manager is top notch.

Management is the worst. They dont really care for people with issues even if you have been banking with them for years. No compassion no help from them. There is only a few and i mean a few people in there that will try their best to help you out...Be aware og who you deal with.

UNITED BANK is the worst bank I have ever dealt with! Management does not care..and the way things are run it's ridiculous..charges on account they don't know where it came from is their excuses..and cash deposits should go right in and they hold it like a check or etc!..Close the bank it's horrible!!
