Lisa Simpson is an awesome person to work with. She sold my home a few years ago and did a great job. Truly deserves a negative 5. Slummiest of slums they will brush you off like you were ruining their day so just to give everyone an idea of what's it's like to rent from these people. Mind you they didn't do anything for the mold.

12/02/24 Maintenance came in to look at leaks nothing was fixed at this time
12/06/24 they cut a whole in the drywall and put a tarp over it
12/19/24 Plumber came and fixed the leak and fixed the bathtub.
01/02/25 received text that maintenance will come and patch the singular hole.
01/02/25 I sent a text stating that they had 48hrs to fix this or put us up in a hotel.
01/03/25 received a text saying maintenance people would come today. They had no idea that had to fix multiple holes in the ceiling bathroom wall and hallway wall which were all conveyed over phone calls. All maintenance did was scrape one part of the mold off of the drywall and left the scrapings at the floor.

Between the calls and maintenance requests the rental office has postponed repairs roughly 4 times since November. Just as of January 19 of 2025 my son was able to move back into his bedroom. Never missed a payment never broke the rules. They tried to charge me pet rent for an esa animal and tried to kick me out for having my boyfriend there for when maintenance was there barely doing their jobs.
