Moving to Fayetteville unfortunately I came across these people Let's just st say I should have kept looking. I have rented from them now for seven years Only because it's close to my place of employment. These are some of the most laziest, unorganized.lying people I have ever met.I still have the same maintenance issues I've had 6 years ago .They send long tall Sally in your house with a clip board and her crew of five.To do an inspection. She writes down the same stuff every sux months but no repairs are done.I guess they are just taking notes Let me also add long tall Sally is rude. I also felt uncomfortable with six people in my home for an apartment inspection. This company have sued me and lost because they unorganized selves didn't have their paper work...but I had mine. They only care about money.Come fix my dang apartment I have water leaks, black mold, broken sink, rotted wood door steps, loose railing, outlets that don't work. United Management s Unit trash.Cant keep works .Main office very unorganized.I would not recommend them for an animal shelter more less a safe place for humans

They don’t do anything but threaten evictions and raise rent every couple of months. You have to beg to get anything fixed in the apartment and they are really good for saying that said issues are your fault. The office does not replace air filters, though, knowing they are hard to find In stores To the unique size. I have had my tags stolen off my car. I have watched other cars get stolen, as well as the number of bulbs and drug heads that constantly cut through the neighborhood. I would recommend United management to anyone No more than a year. Anything other than that your rent will be raised and it won’t be worth the money

Had a bad experience & had to pass on an apartment with United Management II. It's unfortunate that the ENTIRE process is done via email & the only faces you ever see are those who work in the office where you pay the application fee. The person processing my application via email was very hit & miss. I applied in August the 1st time & didn't get a response until December. I ended up having to do the application process a 2nd time & re-send all of my documents. I at least got a proper response on the 2nd round. That quickly changed the farther we got ahead & it seemed like the communication was getting more hasty on their end BUT I did get approved. It took a negative turn when I got an email stating that I was approved for a unit in Bunce Green December 26th, 2023. I was told I would need to immediately pay the deposit, pro rated rent for December, and have the utilities switched over by 1pm that same day because the unit was for "immediate move-in". This wasn't mentioned to me via the phone interview or previous emails so I was caught off guard & asked if we could push it to January 1st since I got paid soon and needed more info. I started receiving short answers or having some of my questions ignored completely. The number I was given to the office at Bunce Green was "out of service" & when I physically went to the complex office, there was a sign on the door stating it was closed and to "text any concerns" to a number that also doesn't work. So l wondered, how are we supposed to do a walk through and get my keys? I had switched my utilities over but I hadn't paid the rent/deposit money because I needed answers on what to do after I hypothetically sent this money. I received no answers still, and it didn't make sense to pay, not receive a key, and then have to turn around and pay full rent on the 1st again just a few days later. I called pwc and had them reverse the transfer of utilities & the very next morning, I received an email from United offering to waive the pro-rated rent but still insisting that I pay everything on the spot without addressing why the numbers weren't working, why there was no staff in the apartment office, or how I was going to get my keys. I politely declined and afterwards, went to the reviews to see VERY similar experiences or worse. I hope they do better in the future & get rid of this "via email only" communication they have. Low income or not, the people applying deserve respect and more trustworthy treatment. We're literally sending out bank info, social security cards, birth certificates, and job info to complete strangers and possibly unsecured email and it's never the same person processing you for very long so it's a possible identity theft nightmare. I wish them the best but will steer clear, it's not what it used to be!!

Those people do not care about anyone's situation as it relates to broken or old appliances and carpets. They take their time responding and never finish the job the same day. When you call the main office in Fayetteville they don't speak nicely on the phone and are never willing to provide names for upper management if you have any questions grievance.

I’ve known people who lived in apt. Owned by united management II. The apartments have mold throughout. They do not come out and fix leaks. They never fix the ac or heat. The pipes are always backed up. The play ground is not safe for kids at all. You cannot get in touch with anyone ever. I literally watched a friend have a backed up sink toilet and bath tub plus kitchen and it took over a week to to come fix it. She literally had no way to cook clean shower use a toilet for over a week can you imagine? Someone else needs to take over these properties and maintain them. This is why these buildings are always in disrepair. Do better people.

This company will blatantly take your money without a care or concern. Do not apply here if you don't have money to throw away. Your well-being is also at stake which was the experience of my daughter. Your safety is at risk, and contacting anyone about your concerns is literally impossible. It appears they have a monopoly on the industry and theirs no one willing to listen to your complaints. Play at your own risk!!!

HORRIBLE company! Will not handle any issue unless it is money related. They refuse to communicate with the property managers, refuse to assist with any information for PAYING tenants. I called and spoke to the front desk today and asked for her name to document who I was speaking with and she stated “I will not give you my name because you don’t need my name”. After she kept speaking over me, repeating the same thing to the first question after I asked 3 different questions.
There is NO communication throughout the entire company. They tell you to go to the PM about things they should be taking care of.
They are so unprofessional! This is suppose to be corporate office and they act like children.
Told me to write a letter and drop it off at their office to complain about the property manager but NO I need to complain about this nasty corporate office.
They want to make sure when you need to take legal action against them you have no names. I write ALL names down and document every complaint/issue.
Be sure to record calls when you do call as well.

Horrible horrible management company only time you can get something from them if you delay that rent payment then they’re on site putting late notice in your door but when you need something fix they can only notate your account and send a email but want rent paid for horrible service living conditions having to buy stuff and fix stuff because they can’t keep landlords or maintenance workers. The last time they had decent people working was when I first moved after them it was down hill, best to invest in buying some land and building to work to get your own apartment are a rip off anyway just a starter to better!
