I just closed my first few deals under United, and I am very happy with the service I have received! At my previous brokerage, I struggled to get all of my paperwork completed and my checks were always delayed. Working with my United TC, Millie Harris, I was paid on time, and all of my paperwork was completed perfectly! Millie helped me from beginning to end writing my offers, all the way through closing, corresponding with escrow and the lender and the other agents to ensure everything went smoothly. The entire United staff is great, and someone is always there to help me. The management made sure to protect me and my client from any potential legal risks that may arise in the deal as well. Once I closed, I received my money quickly, and paid only a flat fee to the company. There are no hidden fees, or extra charges at closing. I would recommend United to any agent looking for a low cost Brokerage with top notch service!
