We had a small project for our local charity organization that required a scissor lift to install heavy steel beams overhead on a narrow exterior walkway. Rusty and George at the Muscle Shoals United Rental office made sure we had the best choice of lift sizes for our location and work conditions. They delivered the lift early in the day which made it possible for us to get started before weather set in. This is a great store and team who cares for their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure our project was supported. We will definitely be back.

If you have the chance use another company. We ordered a piece of equipment to our site and had asked in advance for a somewhat new and/or very nice tele handler and instead they brought out not one but three well below quality pieces of equipment. Then they even had sold one of them while we were using it so our company had to stop production to swap out for another unsafe piece of equipment. A rep by the name of Phillip Simmons even came out to our site and we told him exactly what we need it for and how we are trying to impress this client with new and safe equipment. With everything that has happened in these last three weeks of using United rentals equipment made our company regret using them. We will even add it into our proposals to not using united due to the unsafe equipment they have provided us. Creaking booms that don’t allow you to gently place Material in the ground or surfaces,no chain guards, no side mirrors and a cage way to big to fit inside an inclosed tractor trailer to retrieve material are some of the reasons.

100% customer service on phone, in person, loading and unloading. There was a problem as the battery to the lift we rented was not with the unit. They brought the battery to our location, and let me keep for the weekend as our workers had to leave before battery arrived.
