I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new home for you and your family. Megan has made my move so easy and simple. Her communicating is outstanding. The maintenance team is amazing. Any small request was addressed the very next day. So if you need a new home please check them out. You won't regret it! Thank you guys so much for your help and all you have done for me. I rented a house from them. During the initial viewing, I specifically asked about rodent issues, and they said it has never been an issue there. They lied. The place was a rodent hotel. During about a one year period I caught 15+ rats, 20+ mice, and 7 bats (released the bats). Initially, I made requests for over a month until they sent an incompetent exterminator who was able to catch only one rat, and that was it. They never addressed the issue properly. For unimportant issues, the maintenance was responsive, but for important issues, including a water leak, they would just do a “quick fix” but never properly fix the issue because it would be costly. So I was constantly dealing with maintenance problems.

This young women was kind, truthful, and she took her time and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered promptly. Extremely helpful and very patient with me. I've had a working relationship with the Updegraff Group for about 6 years now, beginning when I bought my first property in the City of Rochester back in early 2018.
