Peter has been so helpful and has made our move in transition easy! Great apartments, quiet location and great deal
Just to add, if your a veteran or active duty, STAY AWAY, uplift property management does not honor 30 day move out due to orders. Was told I was good at moved out, 6 months later slapped with a giant bill.

Had a very positive and safe experience viewing and applying for our apartment. Peter is an absolute joy to work with, very professional and made us all feel very comfortable and excited for our new living space. Villa Del Cerro units are very spacious and clean, all the new updates are fantastic. The pool area is pristine. Highly recommend!

Beware. Pay close attention to the dates and review contexts. Everything is all great at first, but later... As a former tenant, I don't recommend move here and the manager/management company could careless about your overall well-being, safety, or peace of mind. I not only had issues, but other friends/neighbors. We've all left.

Great apartments in a great location. Was approved for an apartment and moving in a couple of weeks. The grounds are clean and the manager Peter was extremely nice. He’s very personable. He answered all questions and made me feel like this is a place that will he great for my daughter and I. I recommend Jensen properties and Via Del Cerro to anyone looking for a nice, affordable place to live. I’m excited about this move.

This place is so lovely and so amazingly quiet, for being so close to the 8. Peter is THE most personable Manager I have ever met, and I say this sincerely, as I have worked in Property Management in the past. I was really thrilled at all the extra storage inside the unit I looked at and can already picture myself living here! I can't wait!

I'm moving in here at the end of the week! I am very excited! They did a very good job at renovating the unit I am moving into! Peter is very very responsive to your needs! If he can make somthing happen it will do his best to get it done and ASAP! I've never met a manager this dedicated to his resident's and so willing to work with you on any concerns you may have. Honestly he has made all the difference in moving into these apartments, so much so that I feel jenson properties should give this man a raise he really works hard!

A very clean, quiet, well kept place to live. The grounds are very well kept, the apartments are very spacious with lots of storage space. Close to a very nice strip mall . The property Manager Peter goes far above and beyond to see that the residents needs are met in a timely manner. The residents are friendly and polite. It's a great place to live, for singles or for families. The laundry facilities are always clean and fuctional.

Very beautiful apartments and town homes! I had a very great experience here and the landlord Peter was extremely helpful and professional. I am very much looking forward to living here! The I-8, gas station, restaurant, and a grocery store are all right there as well! Hands down the best apartments I've looked at while trying to find a place to move.
