Dawn, our Complex manager, is outstanding! When I first met her, I knew that this apartment complex was and is great! She does a wonderful job and is always there for us. The maintenance department is outstanding. They were very prompt at fixing the few various things in our unit.
Over-all, I have enjoyed living here for almost one year. Very clean and professionally ran organization. Two big thumbs up!!!

This is a great place to live! The atmosphere is green and peaceful and very private. I love the million dollar view I have from my apartment. The property manager, Dawn, is wonderful and always very attentive. She keeps the place safe and on tip top shape!

Living at Vista Bonita Apartments has been a great positive experience. The management team is fantastic, Dawn the manager of Vista Bonita is attentive and a pleasure to work with. Jensen Properties continually demonstrates on how they value their tenants. They have remodeled the units, redone the pool area, and have added a Jacuzzi. The area is very tranquil and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend checking out Jensen Properties/ Vista Bonita to anyone.

My wife and I recently moved in to Vista Bonita and it has been the right move for us. Dawn has been the most helpful and proactive manager we have ever had. We look forward to the peace and quiet we've had so far, & enjoying the view from our balcony with a glass of wine after a hard day at work, especially compared to our our previous apartment. I'm going on a little over a month of living here. The views from the balconies are beautiful. Location is spot on. You can walk out your door & take a bus if need be. Take a walk on the beautiful golf course , that's directly behind us. Walk to shopping, everything you need is right here. Dawn (The Manager) has walked me through every step. What I figured out in my short period of time being here, is that Dawn is immediately there for us (The Tenants) no matter how big or small the issue or concern is. Very helpful manager.
