This is a horrible company. They kicked me out of my Alki, West Seattle apartment by saying they were renovating, made me reapply to my apartment stipulating that I needed a 750 credit score to be able to get to rent the apartment that I already lived in and I had paid rent on for over 5 years then Jessica who is a horrible human being, badmouthed me to the places I had applied to get a new apartment from, trying to put me any my son out on the street. The guy who owns this company Ty, took it over from his parents who were decent and good people. I feel bad that what their son did to their company that was a lovely company before he started to run it. Now he drives a Bentley and I’m sure his parents are proud (sarcasm). He and all these women that work there are tyrants and should be sued.

Maintenance request were dealt with quickly, was willing to work with me to change move out date to a time that would work better for me, the property was well taken care of and when I moved out, I feel the deposit refund was fair. I gave it 4 stars because I had construction above me for about a month while I was working from home and was only given $150 credit if I renewed my lease and yard work was done at 9:00 on Saturday (including a very loud leaf blower). Ty was who I communicated with and he was nice and reasonable.

Jessica has been the best. I encountered a personal hardship the day after I signed my lease and she was extremely professional and accommodating. Since then, she has been so responsive and made sure any issues were taken care of quickly. The negative reviews really make me wonder if people know how renting works - they're your landlord, not your BFF.

Got us good when we moved out. Charges us $1200 for general cleaning and yard maintenance although the place was left spotless and the yard taken care of. They will force you to use their "recommeded" cleaners which quoted us extremely high, or they will take that money anyway from your security deposit. Stay away if you can.

Terrible property management firm. There is black mold growing in our building. Building manager has taken extremely long to respond to maintenance requests if they have even been acknowledged at all. Multiple thefts of my items have occurred since I've lived at the property with no action from the manager. The landlord seems to enjoy making the lives of his tenants miserable.

The gentleman who showed me the unit I was interested in was wonderful! However, when I had to speak with Jessica, it was a horrible experience. The sole reason for not applying for a lovely property was the fear of having to deal with her for 12 months. Yikes!

The property manager named Amber was extremely condescending and unhelpful when I was asking questions about the application process. Would have loved to rent from them but they clearly had no interest In being helpful. Mainly, the property manager I talked to was extremely rude.

Jessica, the property manager here, is a miserable human being with a learning disability. lived here for 3 years; this place is 100% a scam, go somewhere else.
