For my DS who spend 4 years at Berkeley this was the best experience of all the apartments he tried. From the leasing office to Ravi in maintenance it was exceptional customer service. The apartment itself was super clean, zen-peaceful vibe, just a refuge from the rough edges of Berkeley.

Special shout-out to Ravi who went beyond the call of duty to help us with move-in and out. Very kind person. If your child is looking for a perfect place to live this is it. It doesn’t get much better in this area. Other apartments in comparison were just horrible. I wish we knew about them earlier.

I love living at URSA Berkeley! The location is super convenient to everything on the UC Berkeley campus. BART is 2 blocks away. Amazing restaurants all around. The building is clean and well taken care of. Love the courtyard outside. The management company is always prompt and friendly. So happy I moved here. 10/10 recommend!
