I am using this company to manage a vacation rental transaction.
The contract entered into has several addendum's which has required me to come up with more cash to fulfill my obligations.
I have at least 6 letters of guarantee that this will be completed and its been over 1 year and still not completed. The original contract was for $43,000. USD it has grown to over 1 million $$$ USD and apparently there is more cash required. The contract have not been honored by US Commercial Escrow.
I feel like this has been a terrible mistake and will be seeking legal action to resolve this matter.

After offering several guarantees, for this contract to be paid, none of the guarantees have been honoured and I still have not received any funds as per the 6 guarantees. I would strongly recommend not getting involved with this company as I believe fraudulent practices have occurred.
