We purchased a house that is livable but requires quite a bit of updating to achieve a more modern aesthetic. Our budget was limited after closing, so we needed to find a reliable, affordable, and trustworthy contractor to remodel our home while staying within our financial limits. We had all the flooring replaced throughout the house, and the wall between the living room and kitchen was removed to create a more open floor plan. Both bathrooms and the kitchen were fully remodeled. Pros: - Reasonable pricing - The warehouse has a great selection of samples to choose from, including tiles, laminates, backsplash tiles, cabinets, quartz, and granite - Good communication from start to finish - Clear paperwork detailing labor and material costs - Professional crew - As an added bonus, the contractor built us a fireplace mantle from scratch at no extra cost - Well-defined timeline for each renovation phase While the project’s estimated completion time was extended by two weeks, overall, the communication was good, though it could have been better, especially towards the end. We had plenty of time to choose tiles, laminates, and cabinets, but we were given just a day or two to select faucets and sinks near the end, which made it difficult to shop around for styles and prices. We highly recommend US Home Developers inc. to our friends and coworkers without hesitation. The team was very professional and provided great service throughout the process.

The technicians and the team of installers were fantastic. Our experience with US Home Developers Inc. was completely positive. The windows were installed quickly and with great attention to detail. I was concerned that our large picture window might be difficult, but it turned out perfectly! They look incredible! There was a minor issue with one of the doors from the manufacturer, but the technician was quick to point it out, and we will have it fixed as soon as the new door handle arrives. Any questions I had throughout the process were answered right away. I highly recommend this company!

US Home Developers inc. really does top-notch work! We brought them on board for our backyard overhaul, and we're thrilled with the results. The paving stones are particularly impressive. The technicians truly are experts at what they do! They even constructed a retaining wall with integrated seating that pairs perfectly with the fire pit they put in. All the workers who carried out the task were professional, neat, and diligent. Our project manager was always quick to respond to my messages and calls when I had queries or worries. He was genuinely invested in ensuring my total satisfaction with the project, and he succeeded in doing so. Our home suffered severe damage from a big fire, with repairs amounting to over $150k. We decided to hire a reputable home remodeling company that was quick to respond to our initial inquiry. They stood out due to their exceptional customer feedback and the responsiveness of the team lead. The cost for the scope of the work was agreed upon, and the remodeling team was able to stick to it. Despite the magnitude of the work, everything was completed on schedule and as promised. It felt good to take a step back during the restoration and trust that the team lead and his crew would make the best decisions for our home. They kept us updated on their progress throughout and sought our input on significant matters. The outcome was outstanding, and it was clear that a lot of effort had gone into the work. On top of their remodeling expertise, the team lead was also very helpful in navigating our insurance matters. Insurance companies can be quite slow to respond, but he managed to work with them efficiently, even offering us alternatives when the insurance payout was delayed. Overall, it was a positive experience and we were pleased with their service.

Tl;dr:

Quality: 4.2 stars, there was some less-than-perfect work. Most of it addressed.

We had a major remodel done with these guys, and they were super easy to work with. Great customer service and very attentive and in communication. No issues at all with how the work was coordinated, scheduled, performed.
The coordinator we worked with (Valko) was excellent. Listened to us and was accommodating when we needed him to be.
There are a couple of marks taken away for some quality issues with the finishing work: some parts of the subfloor on remodeled areas (not part of the addition) were not repaired perfectly, and the floor bows slightly and creaks in a couple of spots. One door frame is not plumb. Some of the painting was done a little sloppily. The tile in the shower and bath is not 100% perfectly straight.
Overall, would recommend, they do good work and are great to work with.

Before working with US Home I took one estimate only. I only needed to do flooring around the house and exterior paint at this time and honestly I wasn’t looking to spend money on things I didn’t need. US Home was the first estimate I took which was a little higher then the second one, I chose to use US Home based on social media comments which was better then the other company. I did Flooring’s and exterior paint. Small things that made a big change in my house. I am very satisfied with the job.
