I had the best customer service experience at this place. Megan is the prime example of what true customer service is all about. I highly recommend this storage place for all of your storage needs. Megan was friendly and very informative about everything that they offer, and they have great rates. Megan knows her stuff. This was my first time using a storage facility, and Megan answered all of my questions as well as gave me some insight. So if you need to store anything, I highly recommend US Storage on Calimesa Blvd. Megan will take great care of you! Oh, and they have an app so you can open the gate with your phone and access your account. I thought that was really convenient.

Would leave a zero star if I could! Douglas Colon is the worst. My lock wouldn’t open and he was no help at all. Just kept saying I can call a locksmith and repeating himself you didn’t get that lock from us. All I wanted to do was get into my storage unit and he was no help. Now I’m paying $80 out of my pocket to have a locksmith come out and have to waste 2 hours of my time waiting for them. Shouldn’t be vey storage unit be able to cut locks!? Why do you work here when you can’t help your customers? This is so ridiculous!!

Megan is very sweet, helpful, and friendly! She let me know about everything I needed to know, not only for the day I was moving my stuff in but for the future also made me aware of deals that they were having for a cheaper unit price! 10/10 would recommend if you are thinking about renting a unit don’t hesitate

Update from last Review: DO NOT RENT HERE! YOU WILL GET ROBBED AND MISS OUT ON COMPENSATION FOR YOUR BELOVED ITEMS! This is NOT a safe facility and are now dealing with the loss of sentimental items and collectibles! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT A SAFE STORAGE!!

Megan has been so helpful and made our experience easy when renting and transferring storage units. She’s very attentive and we didn’t have to wait for anything during the process. This storage unit is also super secure and we feel the utmost comfort leaving our values here!

Ever since this company was bought out it has been nothing but problems. From constantly having to reset up auto pay (6 times) due to some billing issue, to what seems like the every other month rate increase. I just received notice that they are raising my unit rent from $210 a month to $294 a month starting December first. That's an $84.00 increase in one month. Mind you when I first rented the unit I start off at $150.00 a month. I would advise anyone looking for a storage location to avoid this please like the plague. They seem set on gouging their costumers to the breaking point. See attached notice-

Although we strive to give you the best storage rental value for your money, it has become necessary to increase the rental rate on your unit to keep up with the supply and demands of the market, the ever increasing costs of doing business (i.e. taxes, utility increases, inflation, property improvements, increasing vendor costs and upkeep).
This letter is to serve as your thirty (30) day notice for a rental rate change on your unit noted above. Your monthly rent for the space will change from $210.00 to $282.50 per month.
The new Rental rate will be in effect starting with your payment due on or after December 1, 2024.
If you are participating in our Protection Plan Program, the rate has not changed and is still $12.00 per month.
Your New Total Monthly Payment Including Protection Plan and Tax (if applicable) will be $294.50

The Calimesa location is awesome for multiple reasons. It’s not only clean, but everyone here is friendly. Megan especially is the reason why I gave the rating of 5 stars, made me feel welcome and comfortable and even asked if I had water… no better service than Megan! Give her a raise!!!
