Very bad services and doesn’t care about anything but the rent you pay, I was living in shared apartment and the guy in the next room was very very noisy all day long and he wakes up at 11 pm and they all start cooking food in the kitchen in front of room from 11 til 4 am daily.

When I complained nothing happened ever and they told me that it’s not their problem and not a reason to terminate my contract before the 12 month period.

I’m a student and have early morning lectures and I lived the worst month of my life sleeping 3-4 hours daily because of those people I’m sharing the apartment with, then I terminated my contract and paid the 1 month fees because the company only cares about money and nothing else.

As a tenant, I am really disappointed with Valdantis service. They just send you report about utilities, not possible to understand how they calculate utilities, no any answer to tenant's question. You are forced to pay how much they want!
