The apartments are run down, black mold in the wood, no hot water in laundry room, cold, angry maintenance man... The worst thing is it's run by a bitter, negative slumlord who could care less about what condition the apartments are and the tenants. I'm moving out as soon as financially possible. Do NOT recommend to anyone.

Roaches living in walls, Rats and varmints living in walls, unhealthy living conditions, Slumlord at its finest! Black mold in most apartments!
