Absolutely amazing!! Can't even express in words how happy we are with our new home here at Valle at Kenwood. Management is friendly, accommodating and on top of things. So far we have no complaints. They keep the property clean. Our neighbors are also friendly. It's quiet and comfortable. We have 3 children and they love it here and have already made some friends. The inside of our unit looked completely brand new. All the appliances are new and good quality. New modern flooring, countertops, kitchen and bathroom sinks, and bathtub. Absolutely worth every penny. We had been looking for a home for our family for months. We applied here and moved in withing a week of filing out our online application. It just so happened our move in date was the same day as my husband and my 10 year wedding anniversary. Management was so amazing they let my husband into our unit the day before we moved in so he could have a bouquet of flowers, a card and a few new things for our place set up to surprise me for our anniversary. Since we would be moving that day and wouldn't be able to celebrate. Of course I cried when we got the keys and I took the 1st step into our new place. Especially because we only did a virtual tour of the property. My 1st time actually seeing our unit was when we got the keys that morning. So to walk into the most beautiful bouquet that I had no clue would be there, and to see how beautiful, spacious and clean the unit is was a heart warming and welcomed surprise. I've been here since january and never had any problems with anyone other then the landlord VICTOR he's so unprofessional and thinks he can do/ treat you any way he'd like. I've asked for someone higher then him and he just walks off. He needs to be fired i've never had a landlord so rude thinking he can treat people any way he'd like and get away with it. He's gone so far as to SLAMMING the door in my face. I will find his boss soon and explain all this to her before i leave. Now i know why nobody ever stays here that long such rude service specially towards residents that live here. So immature and unprofessional definitely DO NOT recommend this place at all so excited for my lease to end counting down the days for this to be over ! 🙏🏻 and if the owner sees this please contact me im from apartment #24 thank you ! i will continue to keep look for her and be going to all offices until i run into her again

Too many changes/staff in the leasing office. Residents aren't held accountable for there actions. Notices haven't been given out in a timely manner before work is being done. I'm not putting to much of my personal issues regarding being a resident. I'll present that in court, I have proof of my concerns & treatment.
I have been patience with this management company and its sad to say there's little to no improvement.

This complex was recently sold and is under new (corporate) management. I have lived here for three years. The first two were relatively good. Issues were addressed in a timely manner, manager was always responsive and helpful.
Everything has gone downhill fast since the building was sold. They have made "improvements"
We were asked to prep for cockroach extermination three days before Christmas. Enough tenants complained and it was postponed to a more 'convenient' date. I was hopeful that this would help mitigate the cockroach infestation that had been progressively getting worse over time despite my efforts to keep the issue under control myself. It didn't help AT ALL. In fact, it seems to have only made the issue much worse.
They painted the outside of the buildings and only the front half of the parkinglot, meanwhile, I'm paying $150/mo for a small garage that leaks water from the roof from back to front and the whole floor floods. They 'inspected' the garages and have received complaints about this issue, but nothing has been done.
It took them three days to fix my bathtub faucet that continually leaked and could not be adjusted to a safe temperature. I had to call two days in a row before I received a call back, and wait another day for someone to come fix it.
The appliances are old and very energy inefficient.
And here's the kicker..
I have never paid my rent late and on the 24th of this month, I (and a significant number of other tenants) were given notices stating we had not paid our rent the previous month. I'm still waiting for a response from management since there was a temp in the office the day we received the notice. Hopefully they figure out what went wrong on their end and the issue is resolved quickly. I'm not holding my breath.
I have made several requests for maintenance and have not received any response and nothing has been done.
If you are considering moving in here, DON'T.

Beautiful property i was very interested until the guy seemed bothered about me asking if the property had washer and dryer connections as i said was very interested in moving until that response was given about a simple question
